the St. Johns River. The name of Blue Cypress Lake comes from the blue
appearance of the cypress trees as the morning sun's rays reflect off the water.

submerged canals and hydrilla domes. Known as one of the top 10 Bass
fishing spots in Florida. Plastic worms, spinnerbaits, crankbaits, soft
jerkbaits, and topwater propeller baits are effective. Wild golden shiners are
the top choice for anglers looking to catch a trophy fish.
